First appointment ever at a Reproductive Medicine Center

I have an appointment on Feb 22 and not even sure if it makes sense to have it. I feel so discouraged. Almost 20 years of primary infertility. What new are they going to tell me? I can't even afford the first appointment that sounds like a joke - $300 for just talking. Seriously? I would rather use it for supplements or leeches, anything natural. But I was hoping that chemical drugs could help me, even though it's completely messed up, but I just want to be like everyone else, I just still believe I have the right to be like everyone else, since I was born on this planet.
