This relates to an article both accounts have edited (Mithun Rajakumar). Sockpuppeteer Vannacharal creates a sandbox draft ([1]) in June 2018. Draft submitted ([2]). Then declined ([3]). Submitted again ([4]), declined again ([5]). Then submitted again (this time with no improvement!) ([6]) and of course declined again ([7]). The next month Vannacharal decides to create the page again this time in mainspace ([8]). Article histmerged with draft ([9]). Anyway the article is later moved into draftspace ([10]). Later created in article space again by the sockpuppet account User:Mithun rajakumar ([11]) (yes, same username as the article) with the edit summary "added notability and credibility". Yesterday the article was PRODded which I endorsed. Then an interesting thing happens. Vannacharal removes the PROD with the exact same edit summary as the sock account ([12]). Article is now at AfD. The same edit summaries combined with the fact that the sockpuppet is brand new with his first contribution to the article that the sockpuppeteer has been pushing for almost a year makes me think that the accounts are related, possibly with the same person behind them.
